We enjoy St. Peter’s words to the first Christians explaining them who we are, we are move with thanksgiving and security. God didn’t stablish different classes or categories of children: we all are the same, God’s Children, called to live in holiness in this earth and enjoy for ever our heritage in Heaven when time arrive to depart from this earth. That filled with joy and hope message is at the hand of the majority of us. This message was partially forgot along the centuries for so many circumstances. For us, at this historical moment of humanity, is difficult to understand how it could be happened and stay happening. My intention with this long conversation is help you, and to any common faithful persons, understand the joy and peace in the life of the children of God and take profit of this grace which God desires make shine again in the Documents of the Second Vatican Council.

NOTE:      You may find St. Peter’s preaching in the Acts of the Apostles, In his two letters and indirectly in the Gospel according to Mark. A few of his words in his First Letter will give you the idea what I want to say to you: “you are ‘a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, so that you may announce the praises’of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. Once you were ‘no people’but now you are God's people; you ‘had not received mercy’but now you have received mercy”.   (I Peter, 2, 9-10. Cf. Preface I for Ordinary Time Sundays in actual Roman Missal)

Or if you prefer, these other ones: “Like obedient children, do not act in compliance with the desires of your former ignorance but, as he who called you is holy, be holy yourselves in every aspect of your conduct, for it is written, ‘Be holy because I (am) holy.’ Now if you invoke as Father him who judges impartially according to each one's works, conduct yourselves with reverence during the time of your sojourning, realizing that you were ransomed from your futile conduct, handed on by your ancestors, not with perishable things like silver or gold but with the precious blood of Christ as of a spotless unblemished lamb. He was known before the foundation of the world but revealed in the final time for you, who through him believe in God who raised him from the dead and gave him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God.” (I Peter, 1, 14-21)
